Booking & Cancellation Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
– 100% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled cruise.
– 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before.
– No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before or in case of no-show.

Please note: Refunds are made via bank transfer. If applicable, any bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

General Cancellations – Dossier Fee

In the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, a non-refundable administrative fee (dossier expenses) will be applied to cover preparation and handling costs:

Tesoro T38 (38ft): €300

This fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of how far in advance they are made.
